PMSuite’s payroll software is part of the HR & Payroll module: you define salary components and groups, set each employee’s salary cycle, then generate payroll runs that can pull in attendance, time logs, expense claims and overtime, with downloadable salary slips. It is for small businesses that already manage their people in PMSuite and want pay calculated from the same records.

Earnings or deductions, each a fixed amount or a percentage, with values for Monthly, Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Semi-Monthly cycles.

Yes. When you generate a run you can turn on Use Attendance to base the calculation on recorded attendance, and Add Timelogs to Salary to pay logged time as part of salary.
Overtime is valued with pay codes. PMSuite ships with Regular (1.0x), Holiday (2.0x) and Day Off (1.75x), and you can add your own, such as a night-shift rate. Overtime requests are logged against each employee.
Yes. Employees with the Own salary-slip permission see the Payroll module with only their own salary slips, which they can view and download.
Yes. Turn on Include Expense Claims when generating a payroll run and approved expense claims are added to the payout instead of being paid separately.
