Upgrading Plan

Upgrading Your Plan

PMSuite offers multiple plan tiers with different employee limits, storage allocations and feature sets. The Upgrade Plan action on the Billing page lets you move to a higher tier without losing any existing data or configuration. You only pay the difference between what you have already paid and the price of the new plan.

For current plan details, pricing and feature comparisons, visit the PMSuite pricing page (opens in a new tab). For cost questions specific to your account, contact support at info@pmsuite.co.

Who Can Use It

Only workspace admins (users with administrative privileges) can view Billing settings and initiate an upgrade. Employees and clients do not see the Billing page.

Prerequisites

  • An active PMSuite workspace on any paid plan.
  • Admin-level access to Settings.

How to Access

ViewPath
Billing/account/settings/billing

Open Settings in the sidebar, then select Billing. The Billing page has three tabs: Plan Details, Purchase History and Offline Request.

Current Plan Details

The Plan Details tab shows a summary of your active subscription:

FieldDescription
Current PlanThe tier you are on (for example, Starter or Professional)
Employee CountHow many employee seats your plan includes
Storage UsageHow much of your allocated storage is consumed

Employee limits and storage allowances vary by tier. The Starter plan supports up to 10 employees and includes 10 GB of storage. The Professional plan supports unlimited employees and includes 50 GB of storage.

How to Upgrade

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing > Plan Details.
  2. Click Upgrade Plan.
  3. Review the available plan options. The checkout shows the plan you are moving to and the features included.
  4. Complete payment. You pay the difference between your current plan's price and the new plan's price -- the amount you already paid is credited automatically.
  5. Once payment is confirmed, the upgrade takes effect immediately. Your workspace gains the new plan's employee limit, storage quota and any additional features right away.

If the payment form does not appear or appears stuck, try refreshing the page and clicking Upgrade Plan again. If the issue persists, contact support at info@pmsuite.co with a screenshot of what you see.

Purchase History

The Purchase History tab records every billing transaction for your workspace -- initial purchases, upgrades and add-ons. Use it to verify that a payment was processed or to retrieve a transaction reference for your records.

Offline Request

If you cannot complete payment through the standard online flow, use the Offline Request tab to submit a manual payment request. The PMSuite team will process it and apply the upgrade to your workspace once confirmed.

Effect on Other Features

Upgrading your plan changes the following immediately:

  • Employee limit -- the new tier's employee cap replaces the previous one. You can add employees up to the new limit without any further action.
  • Storage quota -- your storage allocation increases to match the new plan. Existing files are unaffected.
  • Module access -- any modules or capabilities gated to higher tiers become available. Your existing module toggles in Module Settings are preserved.
  • White-label -- white-label (custom domain and login branding) is a separate add-on purchased independently, not included in any base plan tier. See Custom Domain and Login Branding.

Upgrading does not reset any of your existing data, settings, roles, integrations or custom configurations.
