Recruitment Dashboard
The Recruitment Dashboard is the landing page of the Recruit module. It gives you a single overview of your hiring activity — jobs, applications, interviews and offers — so you can check the state of the pipeline before drilling into any individual section.
Who can use it
Users whose role grants access to the Recruit module. Recruitment permissions follow PMSuite's standard permission levels — None, Added, Owns and All — so what a user sees on the dashboard is limited to the records their role allows. After changing a user's permissions, that user must log out and log back in before the change takes effect.
Prerequisites
- The Recruit module must be enabled in Settings → Module Settings.
- At least one job posting should exist, so the dashboard has data to summarise. See Creating Jobs.
How to Access
- Sign in to PMSuite.
- Open Recruit in the sidebar.
- Select Dashboard — the direct path is
/account/recruit-dashboard.

Using the dashboard
- Open the dashboard to see the current summary of your recruitment activity.
- Use it as a jump-off point to the section you need:
- Jobs —
/account/jobs(postings, with status Open or Closed) - Job Applications —
/account/job-applications - Interview Schedule —
/account/interview-schedule - Offer Letters —
/account/job-offer-letter - Candidate Database —
/account/candidate-database - Skills —
/account/job-skills - Reports —
/account/recruit-job-report
- Jobs —
- Review where candidates sit in the pipeline. The default stages are: applied → screening → phone screen → interview round 1 → interview round 2 → assessment → offer → hired / rejected / withdrawn / on hold. If applicants are accumulating in one stage, that stage is your bottleneck.
Effect on other features
- The dashboard is read-only reporting — it summarises existing records and does not create or change them.
- Figures reflect the records created in Jobs, Applications, interviews and Offer Letters. Editing or deleting those records changes what the dashboard shows.
- Applications submitted through the public career site also feed the dashboard. The career site is switched on with Enable Career Site in Settings → Recruit Settings.
Limitations
- Summary only, not an export tool. The dashboard is an overview and is not built for exporting or slicing data. Workaround: use Recruit → Reports (
/account/recruit-job-report) for recruitment-specific reporting. - Scoped to your permissions. A user with an Owns or Added permission level sees a narrower picture than an administrator, which can look like missing data. Workaround: ask an administrator to raise the Recruit permission level in Settings → Roles & Permissions, then log out and back in.
- Closed jobs stop contributing new activity. Once a job's status is set to Closed it no longer receives applications. Workaround: reopen the job by setting its status back to Open, or create a new posting.
Troubleshooting
- The Recruit menu is missing. The module is disabled, or your role has no Recruit permission. Enable Recruit in Settings → Module Settings, and check the role in Settings → Roles & Permissions.
- A permission change did not take effect. Log out and log back in — permission changes apply on next login.
- No applications appearing from the career site. Confirm Enable Career Site is on in Settings → Recruit Settings, and that at least one job has status Open.
- The public application form rejects submissions after enabling reCAPTCHA. The reCAPTCHA toggle lives in Settings → Recruit Settings → General — not Sign Up Settings — and the domain serving the form must also be whitelisted in the Google reCAPTCHA admin console. If either is missing, validation fails silently.
