Usage & Cost

Go to Brain AI → Providers & settings → Usage & cost (/account/ai-agents/usage).

• See tokens and estimated cost by month, member, model and source (chat, automations and the other Brain AI features).
• Export the data as CSV.
• Set monthly limits. Brain AI stops before a run starts once a limit is reached, and admins get one heads-up at 80%.

The estimated cost is calculated from the tokens each run used and list prices. Your provider bills you directly — this is a guide, not an invoice. PMSuite sells no AI credits and takes zero commission.
