White LabelLogin Branding

Purpose: Login Branding lets you fully customize the appearance of your tenant's login page — colors, text, and imagery — so employees and clients see your brand from the moment they reach the sign-in screen. A live preview updates in real time as you make changes.

Who can use it: Super Admin

Prerequisites

  • You must be logged in as a Super Admin.
  • The White Label add-on must be active on your subscription.
  • Have your brand assets ready: hex color codes, welcome copy, and logo files (PNG or SVG, maximum 750 px wide by 750 px tall — see Logo dimension limit below).

How to Access

Navigation: Sidebar → White-Label → Login Branding

Login Branding

Overview

The Login Branding page is organized into three tabs. A live login page preview on the right side of the screen updates instantly as you edit any setting, so you can see exactly how the page will look before saving.

Tab 1 — Theme and Colors

Use this tab to set the color scheme for your login page.

Color theme presets

PMSuite provides multiple pre-built color theme presets. Selecting a preset fills in the color fields automatically. You can then fine-tune individual colors if needed.

Custom colors

If no preset matches your brand, enter hex color codes manually for each element (background, card, button, text, and accent). Changes appear immediately in the live preview.

Saving

Click Save after adjusting colors. The new theme applies to all future login page loads for your tenant.

Tab 2 — Content and Text

Use this tab to customize the text that appears on the login page.

  • Heading and subheading — replace the default welcome text with your own messaging.
  • Blank fields are allowed — if you prefer a minimal login page, you can save any text field as empty and the corresponding element will not display.

Tab 3 — Logos and Images

Upload the images that appear on your login page.

Logo dimension limit

This is the most common support question about Login Branding.

The logo upload enforces a maximum dimension cap of 750 px x 750 px. This is a pixel-dimension limit, not a file-size limit. A file that is only a few kilobytes in size will still be rejected if either its width or height exceeds 750 pixels. The error message may read "file too large," which is misleading — it refers to the image dimensions, not the file weight.

Workaround: Before uploading, resize your image so that both width and height are at or below 750 px. Most image editors (Preview on macOS, Paint on Windows, or any online resizer) can do this in seconds. PNG with a transparent background is recommended.

Additional images

Depending on the login layout, you may also upload a background or side-panel image. The same 750 px x 750 px dimension cap applies to all image uploads on this page.

Effect on Other Features

AreaHow Login Branding applies
Custom domain loginWhen you have a custom domain configured, visitors to that domain see the Login Branding theme and logos you set here.
Subdomain loginYour workspace.pmsuite.co login page also reflects Login Branding settings.
Company ProfileThe company name and details shown on the login page come from White-Label → Company Profile. Edit them there if the company name or contact info is wrong on the login screen.
OTP and system emailsTenant white-label branding (logos and colors) is applied to OTP verification emails and other system-generated emails, so the branded experience extends beyond the login page itself.
Client welcome emailsWhite-label tenants send branded welcome emails — PMSuite branding is not shown to your end users.
Sign-up termsPer-tenant sign-up terms, if configured, appear on the client signup page alongside your login branding.

Limitations

LimitationWorkaround
Logo uploads are capped at 750 x 750 px dimensions (not file size).Resize images before uploading.
The "file too large" error message does not distinguish between a dimension violation and an actual file-size issue.Check image dimensions first; if they are within 750 x 750 px and the error persists, reduce file size or try a different format (PNG or SVG).
Text fields do not support rich formatting (bold, links, etc.).Keep login-page copy short and plain. Use your website for detailed information.

Troubleshooting

"File too large" error on a small logo file

The upload checks pixel dimensions, not file weight. Open the image in any editor, confirm both width and height are at most 750 px, re-export, and upload again.

Changes not visible after saving

Ask users to hard-refresh the login page (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R). Browser caching may serve the previous version for a short time.

Company name is wrong on the login page

The company name is pulled from White-Label → Company Profile, not from Login Branding. Update it at /account/white-label/company-profile.

Branding style selection not saving

Ensure you click Save after selecting a preset or making changes. If the issue persists, try a different browser to rule out extension interference (resolved in a past update — if you still experience it, contact support).
