Company Profile (White-Label)
Introduction
Company Profile lets you set the business identity that appears on your white-label login page and in system-generated communications. The fields here mirror Settings > Company Settings, giving you a single place to control how your company name, app name, contact email, phone number, and website display to users before they log in.
Who Can Use This
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Company Admin / Superadmin | Full access — view and edit all Company Profile fields |
| HR Manager | No access |
| Employee | No access (sees the branded login page as configured by the admin) |
Prerequisites
- An active PMSuite subscription with the White-Label add-on enabled.
- Company-level admin permissions.
How to Access
Navigate to White-Label > Company Profile from the sidebar menu.
Direct URL: /account/white-label/company-profile

Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Company Name | Your organization's name. Displayed on the white-label login page header and in system emails that use tenant branding. |
| App Name | The product name your users see (e.g., "AcmeHR" instead of the platform default). Appears in the browser tab, login page, and tenant-branded notifications. |
| The contact email shown on the login page footer and used as the reply-to address in white-label branded communications. | |
| Phone | Contact phone number displayed on the login page. |
| Website | Your company website URL, shown on the login page. |
How to Update Company Profile
- Go to White-Label > Company Profile (
/account/white-label/company-profile). - Edit the fields you want to change — Company Name, App Name, Email, Phone, and/or Website.
- Click Save.
Changes take effect immediately on your white-label login page.
Note: These fields mirror what is set in Settings > Company Settings. Updating them in one location updates them in the other. You do not need to set them in both places separately.
Where Company Profile Values Appear
- White-label login page — Company Name, App Name, contact details, and website are displayed to users on the branded login screen.
- System emails — When white-label branding is active, OTP emails, notification emails, and other system-generated messages use your tenant branding instead of default platform branding.
- Client sign-up page — If client self-registration is enabled, the sign-up page reflects the Company Profile values.
Effect on Other Features
- Login Branding — Company Profile supplies the text identity (name, contact info), while Login Branding (
/account/white-label/login-branding) controls visual elements (logo, colors, theme). Both work together to produce the fully branded login experience. - Custom Domain — If you have connected a custom domain (
/account/white-label/custom-domain), users reach your login page via your own URL with the Company Profile branding applied. - Email branding — System emails sent to your employees and clients use the Company Profile name and contact details when white-label branding is active. This includes OTP emails and notification emails.
- Branding text fields — All text fields (Company Name, App Name, etc.) can be saved blank if you prefer to omit specific information from the login page.
Limitations
| Limitation | Workaround |
|---|---|
| Company Profile does not include a logo upload. | Upload your logo in White-Label > Login Branding (/account/white-label/login-branding) under the Logos & Images tab. |
| Changes apply only to the white-label login page and tenant-branded emails — they do not change internal dashboard headers. | Use Settings > Theme Settings to customize the in-app sidebar branding. |
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Updated name does not appear on the login page | Browser cache serving a stale page | Hard-refresh the login page (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R) or open it in an incognito window. |
| Login page still shows default platform branding | White-Label add-on may not be active on your plan | Confirm your subscription includes White-Label under Settings > Billing (/account/settings/billing). |
| Emails still show default branding after updating Company Profile | Email branding settings may override | Check Settings > Custom Email Setup > Email Branding to ensure tenant branding is enabled. |
