What's Not Integrated (and What to Use Instead)
PMSuite connects natively to QuickBooks, Zoom, Google Calendar, Slack, Zapier, and a full set of payment gateways — but no platform integrates with everything. This article is an honest list of the tools PMSuite does not integrate with today, so you can plan around them with confidence. For every gap, we point you to the closest supported workaround, and in most cases you can still get the outcome you're after through Zapier, the REST API, or Webhooks.
If something on this list matters to your business, tell us — feature requests directly shape the roadmap.
Who can use it
This article is relevant to workspace admins evaluating PMSuite or configuring integrations. The workarounds below (payment gateways, Zapier, API keys, webhooks, attendance settings) are configured by admins with access to workspace settings.
Razorpay, Paystack, Flutterwave and PayFast
Status: not usable. Credential tabs for these gateways still appear on the Settings → Payment Credentials screen (some under the More ↓ dropdown), but they have been retired and cannot process a payment. Entering credentials there will not enable checkout.
What to use instead: for payment collection we recommend the five options below:
- Stripe — the closest fit for most businesses
- Mollie
- Authorize.net
- Square
- Offline Payment Method — record payments received outside PMSuite and reconcile manually
See Payment Gateways Overview to set one up.
Xero
Status: no native integration. PMSuite's native accounting integration is QuickBooks (one-way sync, PMSuite → QuickBooks only).
What to use instead: Xero can be connected via Zapier or the API/Webhooks. If you're open to switching accounting tools, the native QuickBooks integration is the fully supported path — keeping in mind its sync runs one direction only, from PMSuite to QuickBooks.
Making Tax Digital (MTD, UK)
Status: no direct integration. PMSuite does not submit to HMRC directly.
What to use instead: Export your data from PMSuite (or pull it via the API) and submit through an HMRC-recognised bridging tool.
MAC-address clock-in restriction
Status: not supported — and not configurable. Restricting attendance clock-in to a specific device by its MAC address is a hard browser-level limitation: web browsers do not expose MAC addresses to web applications, so no web-based system can enforce this. It is not a PMSuite configuration gap.
What to use instead:
- Location radius (GPS) restriction — the recommended alternative; restrict clock-in to a physical area
- IP address verification — works reliably only with a static IP address; dynamic or rotating IPs will cause inconsistent results
- QR Code clock-in — a supported alternative clock-in method
See Clock In/Out and Attendance Settings.
How to bridge almost any gap
Most missing integrations can be worked around with PMSuite's open connectivity tools:
- Zapier — go to the API Keys page in your workspace settings and click Connect with Zapier.
- REST API — generate API keys with defined scopes; the base URL is
https://[workspace].pmsuite.co/api/webhooks. - Webhooks — push events from modules (Client, Lead, Project, and more) to any external URL, with your choice of GET/POST, JSON format, and custom headers.
Requesting a new integration
If an integration on this list would make a real difference to your team, submit a feature request via the roadmap page at pmsuite.co/roadmap (opens in a new tab). Requests are reviewed for the roadmap, and specific, use-case-backed requests carry the most weight. We don't announce release dates in advance, but your input directly influences what gets built next.
Troubleshooting
- "I entered credentials on a gateway tab but checkout still doesn't work." The Razorpay, Paystack, Flutterwave and PayFast tabs are retired and cannot process payments. Configure Stripe, Mollie, Authorize.net, Square, or the Offline Payment Method instead.
- "IP-based clock-in restriction works some days and not others." Your office likely has a dynamic IP. Switch to a static IP, or use the location radius restriction instead.
