Asking Questions

Open Brain AI from the sidebar or the chat button and ask in plain words, for example "Which tasks are overdue this week?" or "Summarise the open deals for Acme".

• Answers come from your live workspace data.
• Brain AI only reads what you are allowed to see with your role and permissions.
• Use the ready prompts (250+) to get started quickly, or save your own prompts for reuse.
• Your past conversations are listed under History. Older conversations are removed automatically after the period your admin sets.

If Brain AI says no provider key is connected, ask a workspace admin to add one under Brain AI → Providers & settings (see Getting Started (BYOK)).
