Integrations & API
PMSuite connects with the tools your team already relies on — accounting, video meetings, calendars, payment gateways, and thousands of other apps through Zapier and the open API. This page gives you a verified, at-a-glance status of every integration, including the ones PMSuite does not support, so you always know the right path before you start.
Integration Status at a Glance
| Integration | Status | Direction / Notes |
|---|---|---|
| QuickBooks | Native (OAuth) | One-way sync: PMSuite → QuickBooks only. Data does not flow back from QuickBooks into PMSuite. |
| Zapier | Native | Connect via the "Connect with Zapier" button on the API Keys page. |
| Zoom | Native | Full meeting integration. |
| Google Calendar | Native | One-way sync: Google Calendar → PMSuite only. Items created in PMSuite do not push out to Google Calendar. |
| Stripe | Native payment gateway | Full support, with Test/Live environments. |
| Mollie | Native payment gateway | Full support. |
| Authorize.net | Native payment gateway | Full support. |
| Square | Native payment gateway | Full support. |
| Offline Payment | Native payment method | Manual reconciliation. |
| Razorpay, Paystack, Flutterwave, PayFast | Not usable | Credential tabs still appear on the Payment Credentials screen, but these gateways cannot process payments. Use one of the recommended gateways above. |
| Slack | Native (incoming webhook) | One-way: PMSuite → Slack notifications. Configured under Settings → Notification Settings → Slack tab. |
| Xero | Not native | Possible via Zapier or the API/Webhooks. |
| MTD (UK) | Not native | No direct integration — export your data and submit via the API or a bridging tool. |
Who Can Use Integrations
Access to integration settings is controlled by your workspace's roles and permissions, so most integrations are configured by a workspace admin under Settings.
Build Your Own with the API and Webhooks
For anything not covered by a native integration, PMSuite provides:
- REST API — generate API keys with defined scopes, then use action endpoints (POST) and trigger endpoints (GET) for leads, clients, projects, tasks, invoices, employees, and proposals. Authenticate with an
X-Api-Keyheader or an?api_key=query parameter. - Webhooks — send data to external URLs when events happen in modules like Clients, Leads, and Projects, with configurable method, format, and headers.
Full public API documentation is in final development and not yet publicly available.
Limitations
- For payment collection we recommend Stripe, Mollie, Authorize.net, Square, or the Offline Payment Method. The Razorpay, Paystack, Flutterwave and PayFast tabs are still visible on the Payment Credentials screen but cannot process payments.
- Slack is one-way (PMSuite → Slack). Messages and replies in Slack do not flow back into PMSuite, and all selected events go to the single channel behind your configured webhook.
- Xero has no native integration. Workaround: connect via Zapier or the API/Webhooks.
- MTD (UK) has no direct integration. Workaround: export your data and submit via the API or a bridging tool.
- Google Calendar sync is one-way (Google → PMSuite). Workaround: manually add PMSuite-originated events to your Google Calendar if needed.
- QuickBooks sync is one-way (PMSuite → QuickBooks). Workaround: manually enter anything created directly in QuickBooks into PMSuite.
If an integration you need is missing, submit it as a feature request via the roadmap page.
