Agents

Go to Brain AI → Agents (/account/ai-agents/agents).

Agents are team assistants with their own instructions, knowledge and tools — for example a support agent or a sales assistant. Start from the Agent gallery or create your own.

• Knowledge — add documents the agent should use when answering.
• Tools — choose which tools the agent may use.
• Access — choose who may use the agent. Admins can always use every agent.
• Test — ask a question to see how the agent answers before sharing it.

An agent always runs as the member using it, with that member's permissions. A member never gets a tool their role or permissions do not allow, and changes still need their approval.
