Briefs and alerts on a schedule

Create a brief that Brain AI writes on a schedule (daily, weekly or monthly), for example a morning summary of overdue tasks. Briefs arrive in your notifications, and you can also have them e-mailed to you and notify other members.

Briefs run as you and are read-only: they never change anything.

Triggers

Triggers react when something happens in your workspace (for example a new deal above a certain amount). When a trigger wants to change something, Brain AI proposes the changes as a plan, and nothing changes until you approve it.

Limits

Each automation run uses your workspace AI key and counts toward the monthly token limit. See Usage & Cost.
