Performance Dashboard
PMSuite does not have a single standalone "Performance dashboard" page. Performance monitoring is done across the three pages of the Performance module — Objective, OKR Score, and 1:1 Meetings — plus the module-wide HR Dashboard. This article explains where each kind of performance information lives so you know which page to open.
Who can use it
Access follows the goal-type permissions configured in Performance Settings. PMSuite defines three goal types — Individual, Department, and Company — and each one has its own separate View and Manage permission controls. A user sees only the goal types their role is permitted to view, and can create or edit only the goal types their role is permitted to manage.
Prerequisites
- The Performance module must be enabled for your company. Performance is one of the toggleable modules in Settings → Module Settings.
- Review Settings → Performance Settings first. It has three tabs — Key Results Metrics, Notification Settings, and 1:1 Meeting Settings — and it is where the Individual / Department / Company goal-type View and Manage permissions are set.
- At least one objective must exist before any progress figures are meaningful.
How to Access
Use the sidebar's Performance group:
| Page | Path | What it shows |
|---|---|---|
| Objective | /account/objectives | The list of objectives and their key results. |
| OKR Score | /account/okr-scoring | Scoring for objectives and key results. |
| 1:1 Meetings | /account/meetings | Scheduled one-on-one meetings. |
Related dashboards, both reached from the sidebar:
- HR Dashboard —
/account/hr-dashboard - Private Dashboard —
/account/dashboard(and Advanced Dashboard at/account/dashboard-advanced)

Steps: getting a performance overview
- Open Settings → Performance Settings and confirm the Individual / Department / Company goal-type permissions match how your company wants performance data shared.
- On the Key Results Metrics tab, confirm the metrics your key results will be measured with.
- Go to Objective (
/account/objectives) to see current objectives and their key results. - Go to OKR Score (
/account/okr-scoring) to review scoring across objectives. - Go to 1:1 Meetings (
/account/meetings) to see scheduled one-on-ones and follow-ups. - Use HR Dashboard (
/account/hr-dashboard) for the wider HR picture alongside performance.
Effect on Other Features
- Performance Settings → Notification Settings controls which performance events generate notifications.
- Notification Settings → Slack (
/account/settings/notifications, Slack tab) can forward PMSuite notifications into a Slack channel through an incoming webhook. This is one-way: PMSuite → Slack. - 1:1 Meeting Settings, in Performance Settings, governs how 1:1 meetings behave.
- Goal-type permissions set in Performance Settings determine whose objectives appear on the Objective and OKR Score pages for each role.
Limitations
- No dedicated Performance dashboard page. Workaround: use HR Dashboard (
/account/hr-dashboard) as your landing point and open Objective, OKR Score, and 1:1 Meetings for the detail. - Performance data is split across three pages rather than one combined view. Workaround: keep the three pages open in separate browser tabs during review cycles, or start from OKR Score for scoring questions and Objective for progress questions.
- Meetings created in PMSuite that sync to Google Calendar are pushed one way only — PMSuite → Google Calendar. Items created directly in Google Calendar do not appear in PMSuite. Workaround: create the item in PMSuite so it flows outward to Google Calendar.
Troubleshooting
- No Performance group in the sidebar — the Performance module is likely off. Enable it in Settings → Module Settings.
- You can see objectives but cannot create or edit them — your role has View but not Manage for that goal type. Adjust the goal type's Manage permission in Settings → Performance Settings.
- You cannot see department or company objectives — the View permission for those goal types is not granted to your role. Ask a Company Admin to update Performance Settings.
- No performance notifications arriving — check the Notification Settings tab in Performance Settings; for Slack, confirm the webhook URL is saved and Status is enabled on the Slack tab, then use Send Test Notification.
- Objective and OKR Score pages look empty — no objectives exist yet, or none match your permitted goal types. Create an objective from
/account/objectives.
